Download Procedure

1. Products may be downloaded using a Web browser
2. Unpacking the file
• Unpack the CM Creator download file per the associated README instructions
• Unpack the CM Surveyor download file with the following command line command:
  jar -x surveyor.jar
• Java^TM Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.8 or later required
3. Using the products
• Please read the supplied product documentation using a Web browser.
• API Technology Products are for experienced Java^TM developers only.
4. Reporting bugs
• Don't just say "It doesn't work!" If possible, please supply a small program or data set that reproduces the error. This is the best way to communicate the problem, and has the best chance of a resolution.
